SHOCKING NEW SCIENCE: Trump Voters Get Less Vaccines and Suffer Less Autism

In 2022, the global median prevalence of autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) was 100/10,000 (range: 1.09/10,000 to 436.0/10,000); with a median male‐to‐female ratio of 4.2. (1) That year in the United States, the ASD prevalence was 32.3/1,000 (320/10,000; one in 31) across 16 sites from Texas to California, with boys suffering 3.4 times greater prevalence than girls. (2) In 2025, prevalence among boys was a shocking 1 in 20 and in California 1 in 12.5. (3) Contrary to scientific consensus, media coverage, and widespread public misperceptions, autism prevalence in U.S. states shows a statistically significant increase with MMR vaccination rates correlating with political attitudes. Current data graphed here clearly and convincingly show increasing autism prevalence in U.S. states increasing with MMR vaccination rates correlating nearly precisely with voters’ attitudes in the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election. Summarily, states voting for Trump match nearly exactly with states suffering the least autism.
