Tomorrow, July 29, 2026, Dr. Anthony Fauci is scheduled to appear under subpoena before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Republican leaders, including Committee Chairman Rand Paul and House Oversight Chairman James Comer, have framed the hearing as a grilling over whether Fauci lied to Congress in prior testimony regarding gain-of-function research, virus origins, and related matters. Comer has publicly warned that former President Biden’s preemptive pardon does not shield Fauci from accountability for any new false statements made under oath.
This new video narrative incorporates President Trump’s position that he was hoodwinked by the Deep State. Trump has repeatedly contended that entrenched bureaucratic and institutional actors—operating beyond democratic accountability—misled him and the American people on the true nature of the threat, the origins of the pathogen, and the appropriate response, allowing a predetermined agenda to advance under the cover of public health emergency.
“Plandemic” Foreshadowing
In August 2019, a couple months before the alleged “accidental outbreak,” China enacted a sweeping new law that monopolized the manufacture and distribution of vaccines within its borders and mandated vaccination for all Chinese citizens. This legal consolidation of control over the entire vaccine supply chain was not merely domestic policy, according to the world’s first COVID whistleblower, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz. China’s unprecedented regulatory actions strongly suggest, or solidly evidence, foreknowledge of the plague. The government’s strategy, a geopolitical and economic repositioning, would six months later secure the global rollout of their own “novel” mRNA vaccines.
This same period saw Chinese entities gain critical intelligence on the West’s emerging mRNA vaccine platforms. That access stemmed from collaborative work involving researchers at Harvard, MIT, and Moderna. Most noteworthy among them were co-authors and biotech investigators Charles Lieber and Robert Langer. The former was arrested at the outset of the COVID pandemic. He was promptly convicted of Chinese espionage, briefly jailed, then emigrated to China where he works currently. Nano-neuro-biotechnology R&D partner, Langer, principally financed Moderna’s startup through grants from Fauci, DARPA and BARDA.
While China moved to criminalize vaccine manufacturing and distribution misconduct inside its own territory—creating exclusive legal accountability for similar misbehaviors—parallel safeguards and enforcement mechanisms in the United States lagged.
China further pledged that free vaccines would be administered exclusively to its own citizens and established a compensation program for vaccine injuries described as substantially more protective than the corresponding system available in the United States.
Through AI instruction and video production, Horowitz has President Trump observing that vaccine injury compensation in China would presumably be minimized by tighter, more trustworthy oversight of manufacturing, distribution, testing, and
certification. Those measures, Horowitz argues, would better assure quality,
efficacy, and safety—standards that Big Pharma interests, and firms such as
Pfizer and Moderna, historically neglect.
According to Dr. Horowitz, Fauci’s testimony tomorrow represents a pivotal opportunity to confront these layered deceptions: the contrast with China’s 2019 legal monopoly and superior compensation architecture; the claimed foreknowledge and panic surrounding HIV/AIDS spike protein (antigen) elements central to the mRNA vaccine; the neglected American standards of quality and redress; and the Deep State CIA intelligence community maneuvering that, in Trump’s view, hoodwinked and damaged a sitting president.
Rather than resolving the underlying disparities, including gross international censorship, the hearing tomorrow with Fauci is simply a moment when some of these elements may finally be forced into the open under oath.
The Globalist Agenda
The cumulative picture presented in Horowitz’s video contrasts Communism with Capitalism. Horowitz, who disfavors Communism and fascist dictatorships, notes asymmetric preparation and accountability. On one side stands a state that centralized production, imposed domestic criminal penalties for misconduct, limited free distribution to its own population, and built a comparatively robust injury-compensation framework. On the other side, according to the facts in evidence, stand commercial actors and regulatory environments that failed to match the Communist levels of control and redress.
Horowitz’s short video provides transparency suitable for exercising free will and informed consent. He frames these disparities as evidence of a coordinated globalist/fascist agenda, and refers to the plague as a “PLANDEMIC”in which the interests of certain (concealed) institutional and corporate players diverged sharply from the protective measures China suspiciously enacted for its own people.
Likewise evidencing a global shadow government central to these controversies, Horowitz points to Britain’s Jeremy Farrar and his alleged criminal interactions
with Dr. Anthony Fauci in their co-administration of the cover-up. The Fauci-Farrar assembly sourced the infamous Nature New Medicine “fake science” article dismissing
the lab virus origin. They had panicked over the science revealing the inclusion of HIV/AIDS genes in the spike protein sequences in the pathogen’s design. Horowitz’s video presents this as a revealing moment of criminal complicity.
Public focus during Fauci’s previous appearances before Congress may now face a dramatic escalation. More importantly, Justice Department focus on previous and pending criminal referrals must resolve in the public’s interest to restore damaged faith in the United States government.
